This unique facility is situated on the edge of a hilltop site in the San Fernando Valley. The build-to-suit design combines a two-story office building with a multi-level industrial space for a high-tech manufacturing company. Conceived and constructed in the aftermath of the devastating 1994 Northridge earthquake, this project was engineered to comply with extremely restrictive, provisional L.A. City seismic ordinances.
